Tuck, and Gruenberg:                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
    Urging the President of the United States, the United States                                                                
    Secretary of Defense, and the United States Congress to recognize                                                           
    the vital importance that Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson plays                                                             
    in national security, to protect the military bases located in the
